April Gray An appreciation for the arts began at a young age for April Marie Gray. She pursued her creative calling at The Savannah College of Art & Design, receiving a B.F.A. in Photography in 2005. Studying a summer abroad in Provence, France led April to fine-tune her personal aesthetic and grow as an aspiring young photographer and artist. After spending three years in Baltimore, MD working as a portrait and wedding photographer, April then moved to Rhode Island and now is pleased to call this beautiful, coastal landscape home. Her work is described as ethereal, dreamlike; as if it was taken from a single memory in time. When she's not traipsing through the forests or beaches of Rhode Island with her Canon 50D and Polariod Camera, you can find April in her Historic Shady Lea Mill studio expanding her one-of-a-kind card making business, Imagine Card Crafts. Crafting since childhood, her deep connection with nature and passion for history, has inspired these paper creations. April teaches photography and paper crafting workshops at Bishop Hendricken HS & The Beacon Charter HS for the Arts.
